Rossendale Valley Energy does pop-ups at each Rossendale library once a month.

  • Bacup Library – first Monday of the month 1:30pm to 4pm.
  • Whitworth Library – second Monday of the month, 1:30pm to 4pm.
  • Rawtenstall Library – first Wednesday of the month, 10am to 12pm.
  • Haslingden Library – first Friday of the month, 10:30am to 12:30pm.
